Shipping Policy

1. International Shipping
ROYAL FURS offers international delivery to supported countries and regions.
Shipping availability depends on the destination, product category, carrier services and applicable import restrictions.
Available delivery options and charges are confirmed before an order is placed.
2. Order Preparation
Our usual preparation periods are:
- Ready-made hats, mittens and accessories: 3–7 business days.
- Fur coats, jackets and vests requiring production: approximately 30 business days.
- Individually commissioned garments: according to the production schedule agreed with the customer.
Business days generally exclude weekends and Lithuanian public holidays.
Preparation time is separate from transportation time.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates depend on the destination, shipping service and customs processing.
Any estimated delivery date communicated at checkout or in an order confirmation is based on the information available at that time.
Where delivery is delayed, we will inform the customer and comply with applicable statutory delivery obligations.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout or confirmed in an individual quotation before purchase.
Shipping costs may depend on the destination, parcel size, weight, insurance and selected service.
Any shipping promotion or free-shipping arrangement will be identified before payment.
5. Customs and Import Duties
United States
Orders shipped to the United States may be supplied under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, subject to carrier availability and applicable customs requirements.
For orders confirmed as DDP, ROYAL FURS arranges shipping and customs clearance and covers the applicable import duties and taxes. Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs clearance charges upon delivery.
All applicable shipping and import-related charges will be included in the final order price communicated before payment.
Canada
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
Unless DDP terms are expressly confirmed before purchase, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
European Union
For goods dispatched from Lithuania that are in free circulation within the European Union, no import customs duties apply to delivery between EU member states.
Applicable VAT is handled in accordance with EU tax regulations.
Other International Destinations
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance requirements vary by destination.
Customers will be informed before purchase whether the order is supplied under DDP terms or whether import-related charges are payable by the recipient.
Certain natural fur products may require additional documentation or may be subject to import restrictions.
6. Shipping Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an address error is discovered, customers should contact info@royalfurs.eu as soon as possible.
Address corrections after dispatch may not be possible and may result in additional charges where legally permissible.
7. Tracking and Insurance
Where tracking is available, shipment information will be provided after dispatch.
We may arrange insured shipping depending on the product and selected delivery service.
Any applicable insurance arrangement will be specified in the order documentation.
8. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with the order number and relevant details.
For visible transport damage, photographs of the packaging and product may help us investigate the issue.
We will work with the carrier and provide remedies required by applicable consumer law.
9. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
For consumer orders, risk generally transfers when the customer or a person designated by the customer, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, subject to applicable law.
10. Restricted Destinations
Certain products, including products containing regulated wildlife materials, may be subject to export, import or documentation restrictions.
Orders can only be fulfilled where the shipment is legally permitted and the required documentation can be obtained.
If legal restrictions prevent fulfilment, the customer will be informed and any applicable refund will be processed.
