Returns & Refund Policy

Ready-to-ship products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition and returned with original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or supplied in error. Custom-made products manufactured to the customer’s specifications are non-returnable except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. Refunds are issued using the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.
