Shipping Policy

We ship internationally where permitted by law. Ready-to-ship products are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment. Production time for bespoke items is agreed individually. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or carrier delays. Tracking information is provided when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.
