These Terms & Conditions govern purchases and custom orders placed through this website.

2. Products

ROYAL FURS offers genuine fur coats, jackets, vests, hats, mittens, accessories, home décor products and bespoke garments.

Product descriptions identify the relevant materials, characteristics and available options. Natural fur may exhibit variations in colour, shade, texture, density and hair direction.

Such variations are inherent characteristics of natural materials and do not automatically constitute defects. Products must nevertheless conform to their descriptions, agreed specifications and applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Prices and Currencies

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website.

The applicable product price, delivery charges and total payable amount are presented before an order is submitted.

Any applicable taxes included in the price are handled according to the relevant tax rules.

Currency conversions may be approximate. The final payment amount and currency are confirmed at checkout or in an individually agreed quotation.

4. Orders and Acceptance

By submitting an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed when ROYAL FURS accepts the order through an order confirmation or other clear communication.

We may contact customers to clarify product specifications, availability, shipping information or payment arrangements before accepting an order.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and refund any payment received for the unavailable goods.

5. Payments

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout or specified in an individual quotation.

Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers.

For bespoke orders, an agreed deposit or staged payment schedule may apply. The payment amounts, due dates and production arrangements will be communicated before the customer confirms the order.

No additional payment obligation will be imposed without the customer’s agreement.

6. Bespoke and Custom-Made Orders

Bespoke products may be manufactured according to individually agreed measurements, fur selection, colour, length, design and other specifications.

Before production, we may confirm the final specifications, price, estimated completion time and payment schedule with the customer.

The customer should provide accurate measurements and review the agreed specifications carefully.

Changes requested after production begins may affect the price or completion schedule and require mutual agreement.

Products genuinely made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right where applicable law permits.

Selecting a standard size, colour or other predetermined catalogue option does not automatically make a product personalised.

Statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

7. Production and Dispatch

Ready-made accessories are generally prepared for dispatch within 3–7 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated.

Coats, jackets, vests and bespoke garments may require approximately 30 business days for production, unless otherwise agreed.

These are estimated preparation periods, not guaranteed delivery dates.

The applicable delivery timeframe will be communicated before the order is finalised. Any delay will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We offer international shipping to supported destinations.

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are communicated during checkout or before confirmation of an individual order.

Shipping arrangements may vary depending on product type, destination and the agreed delivery terms.

Risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a person designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.

9. Customs and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs declarations, import duties, taxes and other charges.

Where delivery is expressly agreed on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, ROYAL FURS is responsible for the import duties and customs clearance obligations included in that agreement.

Where DDP has not been agreed, applicable import charges may be payable by the recipient.

The applicable arrangement will be disclosed before purchase.

10. Returns and Withdrawal Rights

Eligible consumers purchasing standard products online generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

The statutory withdrawal right is subject to applicable exceptions, including goods genuinely made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

11. Product Quality and Legal Guarantees

Products must conform to the contract, product description and agreed specifications.

Consumers are entitled to the legal remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.

For eligible EU consumer purchases, the statutory protection against non-conforming goods generally applies for at least two years from delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.

These rights apply to bespoke products as well.

12. Intellectual Property

Website photographs, product descriptions, logos, designs and other original content are owned by ROYAL FURS or used with permission.

Unauthorised commercial reproduction or use is prohibited except where permitted by law.

13. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing and availability information.

If a material error is discovered before acceptance of an order, we will contact the customer to explain the situation.

The customer may accept the corrected offer or decline it without charge.

14. Personal Information

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

15. Liability

ROYAL FURS is responsible for its contractual and statutory obligations under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful or restricts mandatory consumer protection rights.

16. Complaints and Disputes

Customers should first contact info@royalfurs.eu with their order number and a description of the issue.

We aim to resolve complaints fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

Eligible consumers may also contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or another competent consumer protection body.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections afforded by the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future orders.

The version applicable to an accepted order remains the version in effect when that order was concluded, unless a lawful change is agreed.
